This project was a real honour to be a part of due to the background of the customer’s journey. Our customer explained to us that having previously embarked on the project with a different company and being left without an en-suite for over a year due to bad workmanship, they were left upset and disappointed and wanted this to be the final stage of their journey to having a room they could be proud of.
